Tasha just loves reminding people not to get so overwhelmed by trying to change up everything all at once. You can’t just dive in and expect to be successful. Take things one step at a time and immerse yourself before diving all the way into changing the composition of your body.
She reminds us that the more that you just stay focused and don’t give up, your small changes will add up to huge successes. Just stick with it.
